AI that earns its place in your business

Microsoft Copilot and AI agents can save hours every week, but only if your data is ready and your people know how to use them. We make AI safe, useful and measurable.

Our route to a safe Copilot rollout

  1. Assess

A Copilot readiness assessment of your Microsoft 365 tenant, permissions and data exposure.

  2. Remediate

Fix oversharing, apply sensitivity labels and tighten access before AI can surface it.

  3. Pilot

Licence a small group, pick real use cases, and measure the time saved.

  4. Adopt

Train teams, write an AI use policy, and roll out to the people who benefit.

Where we help

  • Copilot readiness

Find out what Copilot would see before it sees it.

  • Microsoft 365 Copilot

Summaries, drafts and analysis inside the apps your team already uses.

  • AI agents

Copilot Studio agents that answer questions from your own policies and data.

  • Automated reporting

Reports, emails and data entry generated automatically.

  • Real-time insight

Forecasting and trends pulled from your live business data.

  • AI policy and training

Clear rules on what staff can use AI for, and how.

Where AI helps, and where it doesn't

AI is brilliant at drafting, summarising and finding things. It's poor at judgement, at anything that needs guaranteed accuracy, and at decisions that should have a person accountable for them.

We'll be honest about which of your processes suit AI and which don't. Read more in our guide to where AI fits.

Copilot readiness checklist

  • Sensitivity labels applied so Copilot respects what's confidential
  • SharePoint and Teams sharing tidied, so old files don't resurface
  • Permissions reviewed, because Copilot shows people what they can already see
  • An AI use policy your staff have actually read
  • A pilot group with clear use cases and a way to measure the time saved
  • Training, so people know how to ask and how to check the answer

AI and Copilot questions

Does Copilot train on our data?
No. Microsoft 365 Copilot uses your data to answer your prompts inside your tenant; it isn't used to train the underlying models, and it stays subject to your existing Microsoft 365 security and compliance settings.
Which Copilot do we need?
Microsoft 365 Copilot works inside Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams with your data. Copilot Studio builds custom agents for specific jobs, such as answering questions about your own policies. Most businesses start with the first for a pilot group.
What about staff using ChatGPT and other tools?
They probably already are. An AI use policy, a sanctioned tool and some training are far more effective than a ban, and we help you put all 3 in place.
How do we know it's worth it?
Measure before and after. We set a baseline for the tasks in your pilot, such as time to produce a proposal or summarise a meeting, and report the difference after 8 weeks.
