Turn spreadsheets and email chains into systems that run themselves

With Microsoft Power Platform we build custom apps, automate approvals and connect the tools you already pay for, with minimal code and no expensive bespoke software.

Typical things we automate

  • Starters and leavers

Accounts, licences, devices and access created and removed automatically.

  • Approvals

Holiday, purchase orders and expenses routed to the right person, with reminders.

  • Forms to data

Paper and PDF forms replaced with apps that feed straight into your systems.

  • System integration

Your CRM, finance and line-of-business apps talking to each other.

  • Dashboards

Power BI reporting that updates itself, instead of monthly spreadsheet marathons.

  • Alerts and escalations

The right people told the moment something needs attention.

Benefits you'll feel quickly

  • Streamlined operations with fewer manual steps
  • Faster service for your customers
  • Fewer errors from rekeying data
  • Processes that don't depend on one person's memory

We document everything we build and support it afterwards, so you're never left with an app nobody understands.

How a project runs

  1. Discover

We map the process with the people who actually do it.

  2. Design

A simple design you can see and agree before we build.

  3. Build

Iterative build, tested with real users.

  4. Support

    Training, documentation and ongoing improvements.

Signs a process is ready to automate

  • It happens every week and follows the same steps
  • Someone re-keys data from one system into another
  • It waits for an approval by email, and sometimes gets lost
  • A spreadsheet is emailed around and nobody knows which version is current
  • Errors come from copy and paste, not judgement
  • One person holds it together, and the process stops when they're on holiday

Process automation questions

What do you build with?
Mostly Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint and Dataverse, because most of our customers already have them and they inherit Microsoft 365 security. Where a business system has its own API, we connect to that.
Will it break when Microsoft changes something?
Microsoft manages the platform and gives notice of changes. We monitor every automation we build and fix issues as part of the service, so you're not the one who finds out.
Who maintains it?
We do, under your managed plan. Everything is documented so your team can understand it too, and you own it.
Can our own staff build automations later?
Yes, and we encourage it, within governance rules we set up so that citizen-built flows are secure and supported rather than a hidden risk.
