Having worked in both corporate and family-owned IT environments, he brings a unique perspective on execution and strategy. His core strength lies in organisation and methodical thinking, always using data and numbers to find the most efficient path forward and make things happen for our clients and the company. <br/>When he’s not working with the team to close deals, he’s kept busy by his two young sons, two spaniels, three cats, and one overweight rabbit!

John is a highly effective IT leader committed to building operational resilience and security for organisations. Drawing on deep experience across both commercial and defence sectors, he specialises in translating complex cyber and technology challenges into practical, business-aligned strategies. With over 15 years of dedicated service, Michael has ascended from Trainee Technician to Operations Director by consistently pushing the boundaries of technical excellence. His core strength lies in his unwavering commitment to his team, often being the first to step onto the battlefield and the last to leave to ensure every success. He leverages an extensive background in Microsoft Azure and systems infrastructure to drive the company’s operational growth and technical strategy. <br/>Outside of the office, Michael maintains his passion for technology by building custom arcade machines and following his lifelong interests in football and darts.

Since joining the team in 2008, Clare has become the backbone of the company’s operations, overseeing everything from HR and payroll to office management. Her extensive tenure is backed by an AAT qualification and a degree in Business Management, ensuring every financial detail is handled with expert precision. Her core strength lies in her remarkable organisational ability, which keeps the business running smoothly and efficiently day in and day out. When she isn't managing the firm's complex administrative needs, Clare enjoys staying active on the badminton court or tending to her garden.

Starting as a trainee technician in 2005, Daniel has dedicated two decades to becoming our Group Technical Director. He's a technician at heart, renowned for his strong diagnostic skills and being the technical "Jack of all trades" who can troubleshoot anything. He holds a Power BI Data Analyst Associate certification, always ensuring our technical strategy is current.<br/>Outside of work, the chaos of parenting young children, covering everything from Kuk Sool Won to Ballet, is offset by his personal escape: 5am gym sessions

Penny is a cornerstone of the business with 25 years of experience overseeing the company's finance, accounts, and procurement operations. Drawing on her extensive background as an Office Manager, she ensures that all administrative workflows remain seamless and fiscally sound. Her core strength lies in her exceptional organisational skills and her ability to keep the team focused and on track through persistent follow-up (nagging). <br/> Outside of the office, Penny is a keen runner and reader who enjoys exploring the local restaurant scene around Woodbridge.

With 15 years of industry experience ranging from the workshop to leadership, Andrew serves as the primary font of knowledge for complex customer environments. His core strength lies in his meticulous attention to detail and a refusal to settle for 'half a job', ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality. He has evolved through every layer of IT support to now head of cyber governance.<br/>Outside of the office, Andrew enjoys spending time with his large family, though he often finds himself being outplayed by his nieces and nephews in games of Fortnite.

Joe brings over two decades of IT experience across the public and private sectors to his leadership role at Onyx. He currently spearheads the TAM/vCIO initiative, focusing on reducing client downtime and strengthening cyber security through the development of the company’s SOC/SIEM platforms. His core strength is a superior ability to solve complex problems by rapidly synthesising information and mastering new technical skills without the need for extensive training.<br/>Outside of work, Joe is active in his local community as a Jehovah’s Witness, managing AV logistics for regional conventions and spending time with his two energetic cockapoos.

Dillon serves as the primary point of contact for all non-technical client needs, leveraging five years of account management experience and a strong background in finance. Since joining the team in 2025, he has established himself as a cornerstone of client support through his core strengths of clear communication and unwavering reliability. He prides himself on being consistently available to ensure every customer feels heard and supported.<br/>Outside of the office, Dillon is a passionate traveller and an avid reader who enjoys spending time with animals.

Dominic leverages a decade of telecommunications and MSP expertise to manage complex fibre and wireless network infrastructures. Currently, he ensures that all clients remain strictly aligned with industry-leading IT standards and cybersecurity best practices. His core strength lies in a deep technical understanding of networking infrastructure, allowing him to build resilient business connections through expert troubleshooting.<br/>Outside of the office, Dominic is an avid F1 fan who enjoys spontaneous travel and exploring new destinations on a whim.

Nick is a highly experienced IT Support Manager with over a decade in the industry, largely developing his career at React. His core strength lies in Team Leadership & Operations, where he excels at organising, developing, and managing technical teams to deliver reliable, high-quality support. He possesses strong 3rd-line troubleshooting expertise and a proven ability to coordinate and execute IT projects, backed by extensive certifications across the Microsoft and CompTIA ecosystems.<br/>Outside of work, Nick is a committed Ipswich Town football fan, enjoys walking with his wife, caring for their two Maine Coon cats, and is an enthusiastic PS5 gamer (when time allows).

Matt is our IT superhero who’s been in the game for 14 years. But there’s more to him than tech – he’s also a mentor in the world of Scouting, a swimmer, and a drumming enthusiast. Whether it’s IT or life outside, Matthew’s your guy!

Drawing on over 20 years of experience across IT, insurance, and software, Leon joined the team five months ago to drive growth through strategic relationship building. He specialises in a consultative approach, identifying tailored technology solutions while leveraging his expertise in account management to ensure long-term client retention. His core strength lies in his ability to bridge the gap between complex business needs and effective technical proposals.<br/>When he isn't developing new opportunities or negotiating contracts, Leon is an avid reader who enjoys staying informed through literature.

Drawing on a career in IT that dates back to 2011, Jordan provides expert technical support and onsite installations for the business. Since joining the team ten months ago, he has utilised his specialised background in networking and VoIP to resolve complex tickets and infrastructure challenges. Kade has been an integral part of the Onyx team for over nine years, progressing from a dedicated apprentice to a highly skilled Support Technician. His core strength lies in modern telephony systems and rapid problem-solving, ensuring technical issues are resolved with both speed and a personable touch. He holds several key industry certifications, including CompTIA A+ and Modern Desktop Administrator Associate. <br/>Outside of work, Kade is a loyal Norwich City football fan and spends most of his free time managing the energy of his spirited golden retriever.

Leon is a dynamic addition to our team, having swiftly moved from a background in sales, IT Technician before becoming one of our Cyber Security Engineers in only three years. A specialist in 1st/2nd line support and incident response, he is driven by curiosity and motivation. He holds multiple Cyber Engineer – City and Guilds certifications.<br/>His commitment to cybersecurity is evident even in his spare time, where he engages in CTF challenges, self-hosting, and hands-on testing CVE Proofs-of-Concept in lab environments.

With 19 years of dedicated IT experience and a deep focus on networking, Tom has been a vital part of the team since May 2021. He excels as a lateral thinker and a motivated team player, leveraging his background in complex project management and systems oversight to resolve intricate technical challenges. His approach combines the analytical skills gained from his business degree with a practical, solution-oriented mindset developed throughout his career.<br/>Outside of the office, Tom is a devoted family man who enjoys immersing himself in TTRPGs and exploring his passion as a foodie.

As an IT professional with four years of experience, Will currently focuses on leveraging automation and Power Apps to streamline complex workflows. He utilises a proactive and creative approach to problem-solving, drawing on his technical background in custom system building to help customers achieve their goals through innovative digital solutions. Since joining React in 2020, Darren has established himself as a vital team member with a vast breadth of technical knowledge covering all areas of technology. He brings extensive experience in Cisco Systems, networking infrastructure, and Linux Operating Systems to his current role. Kieron has progressed from an apprentice to a senior leader during his tenure, consistently streamlining operations and supporting complex customer needs. He specialises in business automation, utilising the Microsoft Power Platform to transform manual processes into efficient, high-performing digital workflows.
