His core strength lies in organisation and methodical thinking, always using data and numbers to find the most efficient path forward and make things happen for our clients and the company. <br/>When he’s not working with the team to close deals, he’s kept busy by his two young sons, two spaniels, three cats, and one overweight rabbit!

Attilia Vittai BA,MBA,FCA,OBE is the groups Chairman. Attila, aged 63, is an experienced business leader who has over 30 year's experience in the telecoms industry. He was most recently CEO of the Consumer, mobile and small business unit of Telkom SA, a position he held for more than 5 years.<br/> During this time the mobile business, which is the fourth operator, has seen a CAGR of 40%, and is now profitable. This was achieved by executing on a strategy of disrupting the market with a challenger brand focusing on data products and services. Over the past 3 years the mobile business has won numerous awards for being the best data network in South Africa. The fixed line business grew both its customer base as well as revenues in the past two years, after several years of stagnation. Total revenues of the business unit were over $1 billion in 2016/17 with 1600 employees.

David Evans

David Evans

David is a Chartered Accountant by profession. He trained with Deloitte (then Touche Ross) in Birmingham, and joined Neville Russell in London, initially as a manager, where he was quickly promoted to partner. Preferring a predominantly provincial client base to a London client base, he transferred to the Milton Keynes/Luton offices, where he built up a large client portfolio as an advisory partner, specialising in M&A activity. In 2002 David was elected by the UK partnership of Mazars to the position of UK Senior Partner (CEO/Chairman of the Board). In 2005 David was additionally elected by the global partnership to the Group Executive Board (GEB), where he was one of five people responsible for the strategy and development. During this period, Mazars experienced dramatic growth and development, and achieved many key strategic goals; for example, the UK firm doubled in size (mainly organically) over a five-year period; and internationally Mazars developed into a truly global accountancy and advisory firm with a unique model, active in 75 countries.

Highlights include acting for the Orkla group in the creation of the world's largest aluminium extrusion company by the merger of the interests of Sapa AB and Alcoa Inc, involving 40 industrial plants in 18 countries; for BASF on the £900 million acquisition of Boots Pharmaceuticals; and for Elkem on transactions in Norway, the USA and South Africa. He is a Freeman of the City of London and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. Among other appointments, he has been a council member of the International Bar Association's Section on Business Law, and chair of the Commercial Law Committee of the City of London Law Society. He holds an MA in law from Cambridge University.

Stuart is a career finance specialist with over 25 years of experience in the Technology Services sector.   Since 2013 as M&A Director at Fujitsu, the $45bn global Technology and Services provider, he has revitalised the M&A discipline and transacted across UK, Europe and USA. <br/>Owning the end to end deal lifecycle from strategic alignment, origination, business case development, closing and PMI planning, Stuart established the foundations and associated blueprints and working practices for a repeatable, efficient and rewarding acquisition operation.   Strategic activity spanned Defence and Cyber Security to Smart-Transport, IOT to SaaS Consulting to DevOps and Agile varying from multi-national full-portfolio service providers to IPR rich start-up operations and innovation hubs.   Stuart’s career has seen him lead across a spectrum of finance disciplines, originally qualifying as an accountant within a Defence business before spending an extended period in both the UK and Japan, culminating in the appointment as Group Treasurer, whilst leading the charge as the first Western expatriate to be assigned to the Company’s Global HQ in Tokyo.
